The Phrom Nimit SAO committee conducted interviews to select general workers (contract laborers) for the following positions:
* Maintenance – Mr. Somkiat Khongthim, Chief Executive of SAO
* Drainage – Phrom Nimit SAO conducted drainage work to improve water flow and prevent flooding in the Nong Hay Rangka School area and the Nong Hay Rangka Village No. 6 area.
* Construction Supervision – Phrom Nimit SAO supervised the construction of a large-scale earthen village water supply system (Village No. 2, Nong Saphan Sam) and the construction of a concrete road (Village No. 2, Nong Saphan Sam) for the community hall.
* Road Maintenance – Phrom Nimit SAO performed road grading and concrete surface cleaning (Village No. 2, Nong Saphan Sam) and maintained the road along the railway line.
* Surveying – Phrom Nimit SAO conducted work to measure and remove existing floor levels.
* Tree Trimming – Phrom Nimit SAO trimmed trees obstructing traffic in Nong Hay Rangka Village No. 1 and Nong Hay Rangko Village No. 9.
* Electrical – Phrom Nimit SAO inspected and repaired the lighting control system in the area near Village No. 2, Nong Saphan Sam.
* Water Supply – Phrom Nimit SAO repaired and replaced a 3-inch suction pipe from the raw water reservoir to the water filtration plant in Village No. 2, Nong Saphan Sam.
* Early Childhood Development Center – Phrom Nimit SAO organized flag ceremonies, morning prayers, and physical exercise, promoting holistic child development.
* Nursing – Phrom Nimit SAO provided care for elderly individuals with basic and rehabilitative health needs.
