Don't forget! We invite residents of the Takhli District to attend a public hearing and consultation on the "draft" master plan for the Takhli Town, Nakhon Sawan Province, on Wednesday, April 3, 2025, at 8:30 AM, at the Takhli District Charity Foundation building, Nakhon Sawan Province. This event provides an opportunity for residents to submit written feedback regarding their rights under Section 30 (paragraph 2) of the 2019 Urban Planning Act, allowing them to request modifications, changes, or the cancellation of land use regulations.
Applications can be submitted from April 3rd to April 25th, 2025.
***Methods for submitting feedback
There are three ways to provide feedback on the overall urban plan:
- The statement clarifies that any actions or statements must only be made during public consultations and discussions with the public.
- Submit a written statement expressing your opinion, to be submitted between April 3 and April 25, 2025, by
- Submit the application to the relevant authorities during public hearings and consultations with the public.
- Submit the application to the Department of Public Works and Town Planning or the local government agency.
- Send by mail* to the Department of Public Works and Town Planning or the local government (If sending by mail, the date the mail was sent from is considered the date the Department of Public Works and Town Planning received the feedback).
