On August 18, 2026, Mr. Somkiat Khongthim, Chief Executive of the SAO (Office of the Provincial Governor), Phrom Nimit, presided over the "Reduce Waste, Reduce Global Warming" project for the fiscal year 2026. He provided information on waste reduction methods, sorting techniques, and reuse practices to raise public awareness about global warming, environmental conservation, and the dangers of chemical use, as well as personal health protection. The event also included the recruitment of members for the "Waste Bank," with participation from residents of Phrom Nimit Village No. 1-9, community health volunteers, and local environmental volunteers. The event was held at Nong Ya Rangka Health Center.
