A floral arrangement was placed on the altar during the ceremony to pay respects and offer homage to King Chulalongkorn, the 5th King of Siam.

On 18 March 2025, Nakhon Sawan Governor Ms. Chuthiphon Sechang presided over the floral tribute ceremony honoring King Chulalongkorn, Rama 5, on Thai Local Government Day. Mr. Somkiat Khongthim, Chief Executive of Phrom Nimit SAO, assigned officials to attend. The Governor also read the Minister of Interior's 2025 Thai Local Government Day message to guide local executives, employees, civil servants and other local personnel in serving the public. The ceremony was held at the Bueng Boraphet multipurpose seminar and exhibition building.
