On March 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM, Mr. Somkiat Khongthim, Chief Executive of Phrom Nimit SAO, held a monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by senior management, members of the council, government officials, employees, and staff. The purpose of the meeting was to provide guidelines for ethical conduct and to establish a set of "Do's and Don'ts" for local government employees and contracted staff, in order to ensure they have a better understanding of ethical principles and can apply them in their work and duties.
